My Client Schedule Adds Waiting Room Management

Managing your waiting room while accommodating social distancing practices has become a challenge for many clinics. Some clinics advise clients to wait in their cars. This is not possible for clinics where many clients use public transportation.

Imagine seeing a list of your appointments for the day and being able to send a text message to clients to request a notification by text when they are close to the clinic. You can then advise them when to come into the clinic and if you want them to go directly to their treatment room.

To further facilitate communication with your clients, My Client Schedule also allows you to send free-form text messages to clients. If you are running behind, you or your receptionist can send a quick text to your next client to let them know.
